Types of real properties

In order to optimally support you in the administration, LIMMOBI distinguishes the following types of properties:

• Rental property under own administration
  You manage the entire property with several lease untis
  
  
• Single lease unit
  You let a room or a single apartment in a externally managed real property.
  

If you rent out several apartments in a third-party managed real property, please create several individual properties.
