Dashboard
The dashboard offers quick access buttons to the most used functionality. It also show diagrams that provide a quick overview of the situation of your real property portfolio. Tip: In the application you can click into the diagrams to drill down.
| Vacancy Shows the number of lease units rented out, getting vacant soon and vacancies. |

| Lessee Accounts Indicates the balance of lessees's on-account accounts. To the left is a balance in favor of the lessee and to right end a balance in favor of the owner, that you may want to collect. |

| Receivables This gauge diagram shows the overview of receivables accounting. It shows invoices with payments received in the last 30 days as green. Open invoices are shown as due later, due within 3 days or overdue. |
