Counters for Ancillary Cost

Choose "Counter" for allocation in cost drivers or cost collectors if there are counter installed to measure consumption for each lease unit individually.

In the following example a counter measuring "heat energy units" (Heizkosteneinheiten (HKE)) is configured.

If you assume the management of a new real property, make sure you capture the counter measurements from the beginning of the ancillary cost period that you need to create a statement for.
