Example Configuration: Heat, hot and cold water meters
This article describes an exemplary ancillary cost configuration of a scenario where each lease unit is equipped with a heat, hot and cold water meter. Heat is created by a heat pump. Since there are no meters to measure the split between hot water generation and room heating, we use a fixed split of 70% room heating and 30% hot water generation.
The example illustrates that a single meter can be used multiple times. In this example the hot water meter is used to distribute the hot water generation, as well as the fresh water consumption. For the fresh water consumption the hot water counter is used along with the cold water meter.
